I have always wanted to learn the phonetic alphabet they use in all the war movies. It's embarrassing when I'm on the phone with a customer service representative and they ask me what my account number is. Invariably my mind goes blank and I stutter out something lame like "G for....goat, J for george, no, wait, I meant georga, you know, as in Jorja Fox from CSI. Of course, she's not in it anymore but her name is still Jorja. With a J. And let's see I , I, uh-huh, I as in ....
